Dr. Donald R Merrihew, MD

I have seen Dr. Merrihew for almost 20 years. He is one of the very few doctor's out there that actually cares about his patients. He will go above and beyond to do whatever is in his power to help you. I can't tell you how many numerous times this wonderful man has helped me, and how grateful I am for it. He's the most genuine caring doctor I have ever met. Yes, at times you have to wait a while to see him, but that's because he cares about each and every one of his patients and their well being. He is worth every minute spent in the waiting room. I'm very grateful and tell him every time I see him how lucky we all are to have a doctor like him in the world ??

Dr. Merrihew is the best Doctor in the area. I have been going to him since 2001. He has helped me survive the worst possible life situation. My daughter committed suicide in 2007. If it wasn't for Dr. Merrihew I wouldn't be here today. He has helped me through major situations like a torn rotator cuff. If he can't fix me he will go above and beyond to get someone who can. You might have to wait a few hours to get in but it's because he cares about everyone if his patients..he's better than a family member.??

Dr. Merrihew is the greatest Doctor in this whole area. I have been coming to his office since 2001. Sure you might have to wait a few hours to see him if you have no appointment but it's worth the wait. When I do see him it's a few times a year and he remembers everything about me and treats me as if I'm family. I lost my daughter to suicide in 2007 and Doctor Merrihew is the reason I'm still here. He helped me get through the hardest time in my life. He actual cares about people and knows how to help everyone. If he can't fix you he will send you to someone who can . Anyone who talks ill of this man is an idiot !!! Thank you Dr Merrihew for everything you do??

I have been going to Dr. Merrihew for years. The girls are always nice and Don is wonderful..Some of these comments on here make me sick...anyone with an ounce of intelligence can tell these people are what is wrong with our society today. The husband of the obvious drug addict that can't keep a surgeon was just mad because she wasn't fed more pain pills..and the VA patient...needs mental health..maybe he should explain why he doesn't seek care somewhere else ..and then we have the poor suboxone patient that stated she left the practice after a year for financial reasons,but then went on and on about her calling the office until she was hung up on...so it seems she must have left a lot of her story out..not surprised...sad though ..some people just won't help themselves and won't comply with the medical professionals, but can't wait to slander them..I will end my rant, just please make up your own mind when seeking a new doctor. I guarantee you will love Dr. Merrihew and his staff..

Worst doctor ever he talks to his patient about other patients. He's staff and himself are very disrespectful. You go to his office your have wait 3 hours of your time. Ridiculous. Never again.

I've been going to Dr. Don Merrihew for 22 years - my family and I have always been treated with respect, even when we had to make payments for our care. He has always been professional, friendly and very caring. Whomever said he offers drugs? I have never been offered that and would highly doubt he does it!

This Doctor associates with clients outside of his office after hours providing them with prescription pain killers. If you ask this dr to prescribe you extra medication even when not needed he will give patients samples or he will put claims under other family members names to get the prescription. If you are friends with this dr he will write you a script for whatever you want.
