I've had experiences with Dr Rigler between 1 and 4 stars, on different days. He is always polite and professional in the physical exam, and I believe he sincerely means well, but I was dissatisfied with recent service from him. My previous experiences with him were ok, but not good enough to inspire me to try to address all my health issues with him. A full trust of his abilities was never quite established or earned. He is fine if you need a prescription for an antibiotic or a note for the flu, and a few years ago when I asked for a prescription for an antidepressant to help me cope with a pending divorce, I was impressed that he took the time to make sure the dose and effects were spot on. I'm sure he means well and is trying his best, but sometimes, he lacks insight and understanding of the big picture and appears to me to have some bias against someone who has had an experience with depression and anxiety.
