Dr. Donna Lynn Adams-Pickett, MD

She was there for me. She was there to handle the physical things of pregnancy, pregnancy loss, two deliveries and everything in between. She was there for me emotionally through the pain of losses and the joys of deliveries. She was there for me mentally when the fears and worries threatened to overwhelm and spiritually as a sister in Christ. I will always be thankful for her skills as a doctor and for her friendship and care.

Dr. Adams-Pickett is an amazing physician and the only OBGYN I've had experience with who I trusted 100% to deliver the best advice & prenatal care possible. She truly listened to all of my concerns with thoughtfulness and compassion, and went above and beyond to address each and every concern I discussed with her. On top of that, she truly loves what she does and cares about the infants under her care and delivery. Her staff is consistently courteous and respectful. My only regret is not finding her until my second pregnancy. The CSRA is very lucky to have a care-provider such as her.

I was a patient with her. After explaining she felt I was high risk she ordered test. My insurance asked for some clarification why the test were ordered, a simple not would be adequate. She refused to do so. Her nurses lie about conversations to her. None the less she allows her staff to make cheap shots at her patients during phone calls. She's a money hungry doctor. As her staff claims a healthy baby should be more important than the money for unnecessary testing. Truth is you can spend MILLIONS on all the tests out there and have some kind of complications. Money is all she cares about.

Great communicator ,goes beyond normalcy,after she heard my family history,she referred me to the best specialists in Augusta.I was also impressed with the peacefullness of the surroundings and her care of the whole indivisual body and soul,encouraging a "me" day with with a massage and a treat on the day of my birth each month.Thank you Dr.Adams, you are the best.

This is he worst office ever. The staff is very unprofessional and seem not to have a care in he world about their patients. I have been waiting o a call back for 2 1/2 weeks and when Victoria called back, she did not seem interested in my concern I had, during the conversation I had to say hello a couple of times because she wasn't listening. I would not recommend this office to NO ONE!!!!

Dr. Adams-Pickett is an excellent doctor. She treated me as if I were a family member. She does have a long wait time but in my opinion, she is well worth it.

I'm only giving 1 star because this makes me give at least one star. They don't even deserve that! She won't return your calls. Her nurses and front office staff are extremely rude and incompetent. They have no idea how to bill their patients and communicate effectively. Then they'll give you a huge bill and refuse to talk to you or provide any service until bill paid in full. Refuse to work with patients on a payment plan and threaten to send you to collections! And never send you one statement! Terrible Experience! Extreme rudeness and attitude with nurse Victoria and Amanda who handles billing-then doesn't handle billing. Whichever she decides that day.

She the BEST OB provider I have ever seen!!!

I love this office!! For my scheduled appoitments I'm normally only there for one whole hour. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Dr. Pickett has a great attitude and is very informative. I was comfortable with the office after maybe my second visit. I would refer her to anyone in need of an ob/gyn.

After waiting for an hour and a half for Dr. Adams-Pickett, my fiancé asked the staff if we could reschedule our appointment because he had to return to work. They rescheduled our appointment for the next morning. Once we arrived the next day for our appointment I was greeted rudely by the lady at the front desk. Once we were seen by the doctor she was very rude. She only spent a few minutes with me and gave me the worst ultrasound to date. My ultrasound pictures were awful as well. Out of the 4 pictures she gave us we could only recognize one, a foot. I am highly unsatisfied with my service and don't recommend Dr. Adams.
