Lack of compassion gastro doctor I have ever come across. I made an appointment that I had an hour drive from. Where I was coming from there was a storm, I called to get the address which initially I was given the wrong location. I called to let them know I would be exactly 8 minutes late due to the inclement weather causing traffic to be slower than usual. I arrived at the EXACT time I said I would arrive 2:08pm. Mind you I am an extremely busy business woman, rearranged MY ENTIRE schedule and drove in inclement weather to get here. (I am typing this in the parking lot as we speak mind you) To my dismay, the doctor DR CIPOLLA was no where on the list of suites! PLEASE SEE THE PHOTOS ATTACHED. I was looking and asking people in the lobby nobody there could help me. I called the original number who scheduled my appointment and waited on hold for 4 minutes (now its 2:14pm at this point) finally got someone on the line and the line disconnected. Called again at 2:17pm finally got… someone who gave me the suite number, got in the 1980s elevator that took 3 minutes to get up 3 floors and arrived in the office at 2:20pm. She refused to see me. Lol the lack of care and professionalism displayed at this empty desolate office is a disgrace. There was literally no other patient in the office and it was their fault for not giving me the adequate information to locate them properly. I arrived exactly at the time I said I would she conveniently closed so I couldn’t attach photos, but that’s OK. I have a very large social media platform that I will be utilizing to let everyone know that this disgrace of a doctor should close her practice thing, though, because I did get an appointment with another doctor closer to home and based on her reviews, I’m glad she canceled me because she clearly is not a very good doctor anyway based on her reputation alone which I didn’t look into admittedly this goes to rejection protection folks

Just something about her that is not comforting. Tends to be cold and during visits and even waiting for a procedure she was distracted distracted by her cell phone. Bedside manner leaves much to be desired defiantly would not return

The prep procedures did not work for me and Donna was not very helpful nor sympathetic even though she was the on call physician. I will not return to her.

I had a colonoscopy. My visit in her office was interrupted by a cell phone call from one of her family members. When I went for my colonoscopy I never saw her. I had to ask to see her. I overheard the staff wondering when she was going to come out to speak to me. When she did she acted like I was bothering her.

saw dr. cipolla many yrs. ago and after many unsatisfactory visits asked to have my records sent to another specilist.I hardly ever got to speak with her and the few times she actually saw me it was so brief i thought i was imagining things. The few procedures that she did on me she was late showing up, as i waited on the o.r. table.It seems this is the norm for her, as i actually heard the staff commenting as they were paging her that this was nothing new.A friend of mine just had the same experience when she had a procedure done by her. A little inconsiderate, as she is throwing off all the other Drs. scheduling in the OR. As stated in comments by another I also never got any results of my procedures until months later when i was able to speak to a P.A.

She is really sweet and I just love her!
