I have been a patient of Dr. Givens for quite some time now. She is a very caring and skilled and I always received excellent care. She is not only a great Dr. but a great individual. The entire staff is great and very helpful, I highly recommend GP Family Medecine

Dr. Givens spent 2 hours with me on the first appointment. She was focused, friendly and thorough. I felt like the whole office was working for me. I had my meds in my hand before I left the office. All my questions were answered. She personally followed up with me in two days on my test results. I called weeks later with a problem and she was on the phone with me in minutes with a solution. All this would have taken months with my provider in so-cal. I am thrilled with my new experience here. -Mark Dumas

I had thought this type of doctor service was a thing of the past. Everyone on staff is friendly, professional, timely. They make sure of understanding what patient issues are and that I understand test results.

Front office staff was nice but the medical care was the worst. If you value your life do not use Donna Givens. Dr always arrive 30 minutes late to work while patients wait in room for her to arrive. She does not wash when entering the room.

I have recommended Dr Givens to some friends and relatives, they report back to me and tell me THANK YOU, they are quite happy with her. The best and most caring doctor I have gone to in Grants Pass in many years, so glad she moved here. Her staff are all pleasant. I thank you for being here.

Dr. Givens takes the time to listen to my concerns and she takes time to explain all options and alternatives available. The staff is friendly and competent. I feel very comfortable when the Dr does not have me on a time limit. I do not mind waiting my turn.

I just had my first appointment and I must say, the ONLY person in the entire office who made a VERY VERY VERY irritating and unpleasant visit even remotely bearable was Michele Cambron, the PA. The front receptionist was snotty, condescending, unapologetic for being late AND unable to open the door because her keys were unorganized, for 10 minutes. The nurse was very rushed and made sure to tell me that even though this was my first appointment, they would only be able to deal with one issue, so pick one. Michele Cambron was very sweet and kind but I feel that Dr Givens and the remaining staff I had to deal with were very unpleasant... I felt like a head of cattle being processed.
