I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR HARRINGTON TO ANYONE! steer clear of this “doctor”! After waiting for over an hour to see her she completely rushed my appointment. I was a new patient to her seeing her for migraines which was a misdiagnoses On her end btw it was actually occipital neuralgia(I found this out by going to a different specialist) she would show her frustration at me when I raised concerns about the bad side affects I was having from taking a medicine to treat migraines and making feel like I was in the wrong for questioning her diagnoses. She couldn’t fake a smile or better attitude than the one she came in with as she was very rude and extremely condescending from the moment she entered the room towards me making me feel insecure about asking any questions. After wasting over an hour Of Wait time to see her and her shooting down any of my questions/concerns with a condescending “know it all” attitude I just became silent after she rushed through my appointment and sent her… nurse in. I just relayed any questions or concerns I had to the nurse as she had a much better attitude and answered all questions unlike “Dr” Harrington. I do not recommend anyone go to this doctor She has a very poor wait time for her patients making them wait extremely long wait times with no apologies and has a VERY poor bedside manner. This is hands down the worst dr I have ever seen!

I took my mom to see Dr Harrington yesterday. She seemed very uninterested as we tried to inform her on my moms condition. She was all business like&short with us.I was not impressed. However she seemed smart enough to order my mom an MRI. We live over an hour away so we asked for the MRI in Columbus. Dr Harrington said just tell the check out personnel u want MRI done in Columbus. We did & they called the next day to set up an appt in Tupelo. My mom said the orders are supposed to go to Columbus. It’s Friday and they close at noon. Now we have to wait until Monday & call their office. It took 5 months to get in to see Dr Harrington then over 2 hours waiting to see her once we were there. Now wait some more. So aggravating that older people are not taken care of like they should be.

Doctor Harrington acted like she could care less about my medical issue. Bedside manner was terrible. Total lack of compassion. Rates as one of the worst doctors I have ever seen in my 67 years!

One star is too many. I was referred to her by NMMC at discharge. Are they aware of her incompetence? I was her first appointment of the day. She came in the room with wet hair & acted high. She was unable to answer any of my questions, much less offer any solutions or suggestions about my problems. I even wondered if they sent a random person in the room & called her a doctor. In frustration, I got up & threw away my list of questions. She asked if she answered them all. Absolutely not! Not a single one! A waste of my time & money. Yours, too, if you go to her. She was of no use to me & didn't even order a single test. I'm a high-risk patient & felt like she was not even close to qualified enough to treat me, much less people with lesser neurological problems. STAY AWAY! DO NOT put your life in her hands! She should not be practicing medicine!

MY DAUGHTER RECENTLY STARTED HAVING SEIZURES, AND OUR PHYSICIAN RECOMMENDED HER. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS DR. SHE HAS ONLY ORDERED ONE TEST TO BE RUN ON HER. WHEN THEY GOT THIAE RESULTS, SHE DIDNT CALL TO LETBUS KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. IT WAS 2 MONTHS LATER WHEN WE FOUND OUT THE RESULTS. NOW MY DAUGHTER IS PREGNANT AND SHE HAS HAD 3 SEIZURES SO FAR WHILE PREGNANT. THE FIRST ONE SHE HAD I CALLED THE OFFICE AND WHEN THEY FINALLY CALLED BACK, THEY TOLD HER TO DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS. DIDN'T TELL ME TO BRING HER IN TO CHECK HER LEVELS OR ANYTHNG. THIS LAST SEIZURE, HER OB WAS LIKE SHE NEEDS AN ADJUSTMENT IN HER MEDICINE.I CALLED, THEY DIDN'T TELL ME TO BRING HER IN, THE JUST TOLD ME TO UP HER DOSAGE. I FEEL LIKE WITH HER BEING PREGNANT, THEY SHOULS CHECK HER LEVELS ONCE A MONTH. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FINDING HER ANOTHER DR. SHE HAS NOT ORDER A MRI, OR ANY OF THOSE TESTS THAT NEED TP BE DONE, ESPECIALLY WHEN SHE JUST STARTED HAVING SEIZURES OUT OF NOWHERE.

Dr. Harrington is very condescending and talks down to her patients when she can't figure out what's causing the problem, like with my migraines. She doesn't seem to care about her patients very much...rushes through the appointment after making you wait for what seems like forever. She makes me feel as if it's somehow my fault that my migraines have gotten worse and have been unmanageable with treatment. I would not recommend her to anyone...rather I tell people to steer clear of her.

If you don't have diagnosis you 'think you have"..... you are left out in the cold. No follow up to diagnose what is causing your symptoms. Difficult to get call back from nurses or appointment when you're having symptoms for evaluation.

Disappointed in this doctor and the clinic does not allow changing doctors within this clinic. It's really unbelievable. Patients should be made aware of this immediately, so they can research their first choice of doctor in this clinic.
