Dr Engh barely talked to me during my visit even when I had questions regarding a couple of eye infections I had previously. I asked for his opinion and got a one word answer. At the end of my exam, he handed me a few of his business cards asking me to refer my friends. He said more to me then than in the entire exam. I won't be going back. Alicia at the desk was not competent either. Had difficulties locating my insurance. She had me making phone calls to retrieve it until she realized that she needed to enter my medical id number not ss# to retrieve it in her system online. 15 mins later she realized her mistake and then just laughed it off.
