Dr. Douglas Palma, MD

It was many years since I saw Dr Palma and he remembered me. He was very caring and I have always trusted his expertise. It was easy and quick to get the initial appointment and the follow up appointment. He diagnosed my injury in the office and it was confirmed on the MRI. He has a great bedside manner. I will continue to go to Dr Palma for my orthopedic issues. I tell my family and friends about him and his care. He’s a blessing!

Dr. Palma has a very relaxed and approachable personality. He explains his information clearly and simply. He performed my shoulder surgeries and they were all a success and my shoulders feel great! He does try every option before surgery to minimize your discomfort. He, and all of the DOS physicians, have been a great source of relief for my various physical issues.

From the initial consultation Dr.Palma took the time to explain the procedure and set clear expectations for recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Palma for his exceptional skill and bedside manner.

Employees were pleasant, helpful and informative. Dr was very detail oriented in discussing my situation and offered the risk and benefits of the options available to me.

As the previous review explained, I arrived with my granddaughter and was greeted right away. Was checked in by a very courteous clerk. We sat down and it didn’t take long before we were called back to see the doctor. Dr. Palma walked in and addressed my granddaughter and I with a smile and welcoming words. My husband used to work with Dr. Palma and always had good things to say about him. So before I made this appointment for my granddaughter I myself had an appointment and was seen by him. I experienced for myself the great doctor that my husband had always talked about. He took care of me and my granddaughter with the upmost respect and professionalism one would and should expect. I would recommend Dr. Palma and his colleagues from the DE Orthopedic Specialist to anyone seeking an orthopedic doctor. I and my granddaughter give him 5 out of 5 stars. If you want the best service and attention you’re seeking for your ailment I suggest you seek Dr. Palma and his staff’s services. I arrived, was greeted promptly by reception area staff. I was taken within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Palma was not unfamiliar to me because he is my nieces doctor. Dr. Palma had xrays taken of my shoulder and discussed with me what it showed.He sent me to Dr. Voltz for further consult. Dr Palma is very personable and he listens to the patient and doesn't discount what you say or how you're feeling. He is very a very compassionate physician. I will definitely reach out to him if needed ever again. I give this practice 5 stars plus because of how well they treat those that I know who have been treated by these physicians including myself. Need a Orthopedic doctor, look no further.
