I am pt. I saw the dr wednesday today is friday : I have call 5 times because thr prescriptions was not send to my pharmacy, I keep leaving messages but I get no calls back finally i talk to someone I was told the prescriptions will be send now to wait for one one and go to walgreen pharmacy. THEY NEVER SEND THE PRESCRIPTION, Now I CALL AGAIN BUT THE OFFICE IS CLOSE

The doctor did not have time for me!!!!! he only gave me 5 minutes of his time!!!!! then asked me to get another appointment!!!!

I have been to Dr. Pravda several times. My initial visit was to have him look at some discoloration on my forehead that never disappeared. My former dermatologist, who is now retired, advised me many years ago (over 15) to just leave it alone. Dr. Pravda diagnosed it as skin cancer, which it was, confirmed by a biopsy. I have ALWAYS found Dr. Pravda to be professional, very pleasant & caring, My husband went to him subsequently and agrees with my opinion. Office staff is so so, but my husband & I will continue seeing Dr. Pravda & recommending him to others.

Are you kidding me? this doctor still has patients? BRUTAL receptionist belongs in a cage! she has to be his wife - if she isn't what in the world is she doing working there? A real animal who I believe is a threat to people and probably hides a machete in the office somewhere - she should get it and use it on herself - that would make the world a better, safer place.

the doctor is abrupt and a bit condescending but the older receptionist is a mean frustrated hag who obviously hates herself and everybody who walks through their door--I am very surprised that no one has reached through the window and slapped her silly--unbelievable!!!

Claimed to take insurance then Staff Cotinuously hangs up instead of helping patients with billing issues.

couldn't comment unless I rated everything, so I'm sorry. Anyway, I just read a google review that described the receptionist perfectly. The reason I canceled my appointment with Dr Pravda is because of that woman on the phone. By far the nastiest I've ever experienced when calling what should be a professional medical office. She was short, rude, threw the phone down, not polite aaattt allll. If the Dr. wants to save his business he should get rid of that miserable human (I hope she's not his wife, if so, my condolences).

seriously seriously need to look into hiring new receptionist staff. On the phone, the receptionist gave me so much attitude when I was just simply trying to make an appointment. When I called to follow up and find when my appointment was, just to be sure, she snapped and said we can't do that. (pretty much the only dr office I've been to that cannot double check appt times since its not computerized) She then proceeded to talk back and to the point when I was so frustrated I said 'ya know what, I'm finding another doctor' The sheer incompetence of the staff is ridiculous, and I've waited more than 40min past my appt time just to see the doctor and have him prescribe something that doesn't work. It's not worth it, don't bother here.

0 Stars if that was an option. I have not seen the dr. But I called 3 times. The first time I called the girl was hurried and said they didn't take my insurance. Next I looked for a provider through my ins and they were listed so I called back. I was given an appt but never asked for my phone number. I called a third time and received a hurried person again. I was specific as to what time I was trying to go to the office. the woman gave me a different time and I told her that was too early, then came back with another time and I told her that wasn't early enough, "I don't know what you want". Once again I told her what time I was looking for, she said it wasn't available and hung up. I went to my scheduled appt to find a note on the door, the dr. had an emergency, it did apologize and said call back to reschedule. I'm done! if the front desk is a reflection of the doctor, don't bother
