Dr. Peterson is a physician most patients will never forget. He is the epitome of competence, a good listener, and follows through on conferences.

My first visit was with dr Peterson who was attentive to my stomach issues. Took time to answer questions that made me anxious but the best part he listened and explained my issues and made a plan for us to work at so that I no longer feel like my condition isn’t as bad as what I was thinking. Offered plenty of samples and explained the medication he thought would help the best. I look forward to my follow up. My previous gi dr only saw once for a procedure and was not given the attention I received at Adobe. Thank you so much dr Peterson and staff

Had a routine Colonoscopy Procedure performed at Adobe Gastroenterology by Dr. Douglas S. Peterson. I have to say the whole experience was a very good one. Dr. Peterson and the entire staff at Adobe Gastro were great ! Very professional, thorough, friendly and helpful. The environment in the office is excellent as well. Great Job !

Going for a colonoscopy is never pleasant. The truth is that it's the day before that is the worst part. Through the years I've been to Dr Peterson for this procedure 3 times and couldn't ask for better treatment. I'm thankful to have him as my doctor.

There was no wait time for actual colonoscopy. It was the best experience I have had with this procedure.

Went for first preventative colonoscopy; was impressed with doctor and facility. Had a long wait between MD exam and scheduling procedure, but staff kept me informed about delay.

I have been seeing Dr. Peterson for years. I have always been happy with him and his staff. However, it can take forever to get an appointment. This doesn't matter if you need a routine procedure. I was having GI issues and was very ill. I called to make an appointment and was told I would have to wait 6 months. I explained that I had been a patient of Dr. Peterson's for years, and was told he would have to call me back to approve seeing me earlier. It took a month of me repeatedly calling until I got a call back from the Dr. Then it took another 2 months to get in to see him. His diagnosis was correct and he explained things well, but when I has issues post procedure, I never could receive a call back. It truly feels like they are trying to push through as many routine procedures as possible (I.e. colonoscopies) that insurance covers, but there is no follow-up after your appointment and forget ever getting a call back from the Doctor.

Dont waste your time seeing this doctor, because If you do.. he will end up wasting your time.
