I was never more humiliated by a Dr. in my life. I am a retired psychiatric nurse. He had a judgemental attitude but he of course denied it. I don’t think he is used to a patient being confrontational. When I dared ask a question he told me not to ask STUPID questions. He was scolding me. Dr. Risen behaved in this manner in front of someone he had brought with him to observe. My daughter has taught bedside manner to medical students and Residents @ Brown University in Rhode Island. This I believe is an important part of patient care,The prestigious Brown University obviously agrees!

Went to another group of Dermatologist, for eczema, two visits no positive results. One visit to Dr. EISEN, already seeing improvement.

He is busy so it is difficult to get an appointment in just a couple of months if you are a new patient. Once you are an established patient you will be glad you have him as your dermatologist. His preventive measures caught a melanoma before it became dangerous. I trust him with my life.

Came in with a lump/growth/ on my waist. Doctor chose to cut it open and extract the contents in the same visit.

I've saw two other derm docs prior to Dr Eisen. I was pleasantly and totally shocked, Dr Eisen was the most knowledgable physician I've ever met. He is far more knowledgeable, professional and personable. He wastes no time, yet I never feel rushed. ]
