Dr. Dwayne Siu, DO

Extremely satisfied with Dr. Siu. He's very bright, listens, and spends as much time as needed with me. Plus, he explains things simply so I can understand them completely.

No concern at all for patient's welfare, not even when they're elderly, suffering and dying. Have been waiting for simple clearance from Dr. Siu to have a terminal brain cancer operation. Did not return calls at end of week and did not respond to multiple messages left with answering service. So what if a patient is dying, more important Mr. Siu isn't bothered with the problems of his clients, he doesn't care at all.

Dr Siu spent time to evaluate, explain treatment and answer questions. Very pleased. Nice, helpful office staff.

Very unprofessional and obnoxious I needed him in an emergency there was no response when I finally went to go see him he would not listen to me or my concerns it was like talking to a wall. He is a DO not an MD strongly suggest you try someone else

Can't even get set up as a new patient at this practice. The 'New Patient' Coordinator never answers their line. Does not return calls the same day. "Gone for the day" by afternoon. Has to be chased down to get a call back. It's as though if you're not available when they finally call you back, good luck getting a hold them again. Makes it very difficult.

Knowledgeable, very direct when working with patients and providing them information.

I did not think that when I went to this pratice that I would be judged by the color of my skin. There was an emergency and the Dr. never called back. But, the worst part is that he blamed it on the patient and never bothered to find out what was going on. PREJUDICE! If you lose your insurance look for another Dr. he will drop you fast. Very unprofessional and lazy staff!!

Dwayne W Siu is the BEST in his field.. He put in my pacemaker.. It is because of him I am still alive.. I will stay with him as long as I am alive..
