Dr. Dwayne Leroy Watkins, MD

Dr. Watkins left me in the ER for 4 hours and never came closer than 6 feet from me. I had uncontrollable pain in my left hip and he offered me medication that I could not take because of bariatric surgery. He did a CT and I knew it wouldn't show anything because I had a CT previously that was negative. Then I got the results on my patient portal that the CT was negative. Another ER employee came to tell me they were sending me home and I said I already knew that. This employee tried to get me to say that I said I had plenty of medication at home. I said several times I did not say that. He then walked away. I spent 4 hours in the ER with only the nurse putting a BP cuff on me and only the techs who did my CT touched me. Amazingly Dr. Watkins typed out that he had completed an examination of me and never came closer than 6 feet from me. He labeled me as narcotic seeking and did less than nothing to me and falsified my doncumentation records by saying he examined me but never touched.… Then to make my late night trip to the ER I had to walk home, in the dark, still in pain and prayed to God I wouldn't fall. It was 1.8 miles. I didn't even have shoes on my feet.

If I could give Dr. Dewayne an 0 I would. I went into Spa 360 and the owner said that my procedure was going to be done at Dr. Dewayne College Park office. So after my procedure in 2018 he didn't provide me with aprovide me with a garment as I paid for way before the surgery. I had to go home without one. He didn't wrap my stomach or anything. Days later I complained about my stomach being big than what it was before I had the procedure done. They stated that it was swellings and give it 2weeks it will start looking better. But my stomach never got better. DO NOT GET ANY PROCEDURE DONE FROM HIM

This was the worse experience ever. First this procedure was performed on me at a 360 Spa. Nothing looked sterile but I let myself get convince by the owner of the spa that spoke highly of him. I believe I was his first patient that he performed this type of procedure on at that location. I complained immediately and was told to give it sometime that eveything would fall in place. Finally after almost a year nothing changed except that I’m now deformed. I went yet again supposedly for a revision this time it took place in his wife office at the college park office. I trusted him he said he just had to break up some scar tissue Because I trusted I went and even added some more liposuction on my back. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed this is not acceptable. I paid a lot of money to look worse than I did before the surgery,

Choosing liposuction and Dr Watkins was the best decision I’ve ever made and I could not be happier! I chose Dr. Watkins after my best friend had liposuction and butt transfer with him and her results were amazing. After reading many online reviews, I met him and immediately felt relieved and assured by his knowledge and comforting bedside manner. And most importantly he said a prayer with me before we started my procedure. My experience at his office with his staff and Dr. Watkins was overall top notch as well as the pricing very reasonable. Again I would recommend very highly

Botched liposuction. Seeking revision .

His LPN is not, I repeat is not an LPN! Beware!

I've always had a pleasant experience with the Drs office, the staff are very friendly and always follow up with me and the impresses me.

I believe Dr. Watkins to be very medically educated and of good character. However he seriously needs to work on his people skills. And if he worked on pure and simple compassion from one human being to another: it would take weeks to get an appointment with him. It's all in his hands.That is the doctor I would hire if I were in a position to do so.
