Dr. Edward Charles Adler, MD

He was very understanding of a condition that was difficult to diagnose. Dr. Adler was very thorough in working my case until he found the cause of my condition

In my experience, I found that Dr. Adler doesn't listen to his patients. He is not patient and is intimidating.

Office staff manager and billing staff are very disorganized. I recently discovered that they have charging co-pays for years that should not have been requested. I am working now to try and get reimbursed. Staff stated they have no record of posting a $40.00 co pay for visits. I have receipts for each co-pay in question. I do not understand why they do not reconcile their records each year.

I have and would again recommend Dr. Adler.He is a past President of the staff of Physicians of Baptist Hospital Lou., Ky. He has been my doctor for a number of years because of a chronic illness.
