Doctor patient relationship is based on trust and respect. Which my mother always showed. It also means you don't insult the patient with your so called joking. "Every time you come in I loose more hair." Or techs whispering in the hallway about the patient, thinking they didn't hear. Due to the incompetence of your practice, you don't think my mother wanted to pull her hair out when she was overdosed on antibiotics. And it landed her in hospital for 6 days. The ER asking why would he do that without confirming via x-ray, that's too much. Or when we called to be rechecked after injury (hospital visit) 3xs in a week and half to never received call back! And then your office staff, stating, I don't know what happened with that. Or when I sent msg via portal for medication renewals, to have your office tell me, Oh that doesn't work. Or your incompetent staff who can't hear, refuses to listen or fill out forms properly...only one ?, And you couldn't even answer that. Which caused the… patient extended grief, and anguish, knocking the medicine they just got approved out of their hands. And having to resubmit insurance packets, unnecessarily. SO GOOD RIDDANCE TO YOU AND YOUR TROUBLESOME OFFICE!!

The office staff is inept at receiving a msg much less relaying it. It appears they don't hear a word you say(crystal) You have to wait sometimes 4 days for them to return a call. Sometimes they don't at all. Don't listen at all. If a patient has a complicated situation, rather than the doctor looking at it as a challenge to find a solution. The doc turns to the patient and tells them...Every time you come it makes me lose more hair. Never mind the stress the patient has endured because of the situation.

He's a great doctor that truly cares about his patients. Dr. J actually saved my life by diagnosing my cancer before it was too late. I highly recommend him.

Couldn't ask for a more considerate or in depth Dr., along with his staff. He takes his time with each and every patient.

I have been a patient of Dr Jastrzemski for many years but finally have had enough. His staff is very unprofessional and often do not follow up on referrals, prescriptions, other paperwork. Wait time is ridiculous, often 2 hours or more depending on the time of day. NEVER make an appt at the end of the day unless you have lots of time to wait. I had not seen him for a few years and was told I had to make an appt as a new patient, additional fees. The last three visits were not even with the doctor, instead a nurse practitioner, and my appt tomorrow is to treat me for something I was in for a month ago but the prescription did not cure. Another appt with the same nurse practitioner, more wait time and fees. My husband saw the doctor within the past month and was in the office at least 4 hours because his records were lost. Much of his appt time was spent with the doctor being frustrated in not having records instead of for treatment. Dr Jastrzemski seems frustrated, tired, … general lack of caring anymore. Too bad, because at one time he was a great doctor.

he doesn't listen to the patient made an appoint for results- said the res. weren't there, went home called they were- he went on to make appt. for me to have m.r.i. and x-ray, wasn't approved ins. said he needed a peer to p review he didn't- instead dismiised me next mourn I called cause I rescheduled an appt. with neckdoc. cause thought doc j was finishing the order started for mri - neck doc said to wait till get m.r.i.. now I have to get a new doc. near the holidays when there busy. admitting last yeare missed an m.r.i. should have had when ordered but beware they will get u back - nurse got on the phone about missing an m.r.i. screaming intensly- they don't help they get back at u. she knew I had a family situation then and couldn't do things at the time, they both agreed to this. brandy Mansfield and jastrzemski.... so much for caring...
