Very abusive,rude& unprofessional.

I have been going to Dr LeRoy for over a year now and have had wonderful results. I only seen Dr LeRoy the first time there and then I saw Ladonna his nurse practitioner. She was wonderful. Everything changed with my appt in Dec 2020. Ladonna was gone and I saw Dr LeRoy. It was a phone appt due to Covid. Doctor called me an hour after our scheduled time and was angry that he had to call on his cell phone for some reason and was paranoid that I would use that number to call him in the middle of the night asking for drugs! He screamed at me that I was wasting HIS time with my answers to him on my condition. Very rude and verbally abusive with ridiculed me about my answers to him. I finally clammed up. I was crying and horribly upset after this appt. No good doctor treats his patients like this. I tried making an appt with Ladonna again only to find she has left his employment and went to work at Dr Cha's ofc. I tried changing to Dr Cha but he denied my referral. Guess he doesn't want to… take Dr LeRoy's patients away from him. Never gave any thought to the abuse his patients suffer just to get the pain meds they need. It's a crime and has been ongoing for several years with this doctor. Read all his reviews. He is a crabby, abusive and rude man. I DO NOT recommend him to anyone!

I’ve been going to Dr Leroy for many years. I’m very happy with dr Leroy, he takes his time and he listens. Everyone one working in the office is friendly and professional.

Ive called the office 6 times now to inquire if they accept Cal Viva insurers. Office never answers phone and they refuse to call me back. I explained I'm calling for someone whos insurance insists he does accept it, but I believe he does not. they will not return call. unprofessional. Feel sorry for any patients having to deal with staff. What happens when you have an emergency? voicemail only?

Dr. Carwile Leroy Jr. & his staff do an excellent job , they actually take the time to find out what the problem is & work with you to get you better

I saw Dr Leroy for the first time today. He explained to me what he thought was wrong with my chronic back pain. He seemed nice and his office staff was also nice. I go back in one month and will give another review after I see him a few times. I went with my daughter today. Next time I'll go by myself to see if his attitude changes.

Saw Dr. Leroy 4 times over the course of 9 months. He never smiled once in any of the visits. He was always very gruff and "matter-of-fact" attitude. The last visit was a non=scheduled visit because I questioned that he had doubled then tripled the dosages, and had added a very expensive in bad side effect drug. He yelled at me - almost screamed - to "be quiet - you do NOT question me". He then grabbed the prescriptions I had, said the appointment and my being his patient was over, I need to find another doctor, and when I asked for my prescriptions back, he said that they were not mine but were his, the I was given back only one (1) prescription and I asked where the other one was he told that I was lucky to get that one. When he yelled at me I was so taken aback, that I asked him why he was shouting at me and did he do that to others, that is when he said our "relationship" was over. The man definitely has a chip on his shoulder, and should not be seeing patients. That is… my opinion.

Dr himself is fantastic but his staff is not very nice. They take days to handle anything, especially medication requests that should take only a day or two. Then they act as if you are inconveniencing them! But if you can deal with his rude new staff, Dr. LeRoy is great!!

I have had years of back pain and have been on numerous medications and seen numerous doctors. I am so glad i decided to see Dr. Leroy. Not only have i been able to improve my pain, I am not needing as many medications as in the past. I am not 100% but i sure feel better than i have in a very long time. I am active again. This doctor is great. His staff is very caring and helpful, anytime i needed new therapy it was within days. I appreciate not having to wait weeks.

If you need help DO NOT go to Leroy. he is rude and isn't up to par. First of all he is a back specialist with no way to look at x-ray films, he held mine up in the air to look at them. He told me and my wife that the Feds are and I quote " on my a*s". To check my back pain he lightly tapped me on the side of my arms and legs with a pen. He was rude to my wife when she tried to explain things she has seen with me and helps me with, he didn't want to hear it. His staff however, is the BEST staff I have come across, too bad they work for such a rude man. my plea to you is DON'T waste your time and money. They say he's a no-nonsense Dr, but he's just rude. There's a difference.
