My husband has Parkinson’s so not all medical professionals have patience with his slow speech when responding to questions. I must say from the desk clerk to the nurse that called us back & to dr Owens himself we could not ask for anyone better. This was our first visit and I pray all the rest are the same. Thank God for such a wonderful group of people. Virginia B

Terrible doctor . Wouldn't pay two pennies to see him again.

Dr. Owens is very rude and unpersonable. It's not going to ATM drive-thru dr. You go in for 5 minutes he feels you up takes a little bit of blood tell if he's going to run a test you come back. When you get the test results back there's very little discussion he told me you have epilepsy here's your prescription follow the directions there was no discussion of what might happen or any small talk or any kind of doctor talk ever make you feel more comfortable in a doctor's office it felt like a robot going in to get serviced by mechanic he doesn't really like working with certain cars.

Compassionate,caring and professional Dr Owens goes the extra mile in getting to the bottom of your neurological problems.

My 1st visit was memorable in many ways. His office was pristine. His receptionist and nurse were pleasant, personable and professional. My waiting time was very minimal. He came in and promptly asked how I was doing and it went from there to a very pleasant visit. He confirmed my diagnosis and made me a part of the decision on medication fully explaining each choice. He made me feel comfortable and in excellent hands. He has since changed to a different office location. His waiting room is extremely small and I am very uncomfortable as it is not as quiet, clean or friendly. His receptionist and nurse are still as I noted above. He shares his office with another practice that are not as cordial by any means. He remains as I have noted above. If I were to suggest any changes it would be to have a direct telephone line to his receptionist so the wait isn't as long. I wish also that if he is not the doctor on call should I need to be hospitalized, that as his patient, I would still be… able to see him. This is the hospitals system and not his. I refuse to be treated by the other physician. I hope I never encounter a life or death situation. Dr. Owens is a five star physician.

Very soft spoken but smart and kind. Doesn't know he has a very mean staff who is very uncaring. Wish he had a better staff behind him. He is a very good doctor who cares and really tries to address all concerns.

He listened to me and made an accurate diagnosis. Great bedside manner. I recommend him highly.
