Dr. Elizabeth Anne Miller, MD

Dr. Miller is a very caring and proficient professional. After several bad experiences with other doctors my son went to her for a urethroplasty. Today he had the catheter removed and things went well. Dr. Miller explained every step of the way and was very gentle as she removed the catheter. In the past, others have simply yanked it out and caused a great deal of pain and probably additional scar tissue issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Miller to anyone facing surgery.

Dr Miller is a good doctor, but her office procedures are causing me to reconsider working with her. The phone system is the worst part. Hold times are usually 15 to 30 minutes. Then there is not a timely call back, if there is even a call back. I wonder if she reads what a poor first impression the lack of efficient general contact and the lack of a helpful in-office presence are generating.

Continued problems from her surgery. Can't even get her to call back. Only her assistants will return phone calls. I should have paid more attention to the fact that if you are prompted to go online to pay prior to your visit that money is the only goal here.

Dr. Miller inserted a vaginal mesh after telling me that there were no problems with this mesh after I questioned her. I have continuing problems after her surgery. She has no compassion for her patients. Her one goal is money.
