Dr. Elizabeth Helen Foley, MD

So rude arguing about my prescription that should have been erased from years ago that are beyond my control.She never got to the reason why I was there. She should see a doctor because something is not funchting.

Every office in 2020 should have a notification system to send proper reminders to patients, especially when they are scheduling people 3-4+ months out. Unfortunately, Elizabeth Foley and her office staff do not send any type of reminder except for a phone call, without leaving a voicemail. Attempting to charge a missed-appointment fee with these circumstances is just a money-grabbing tactic to receive payments without service. On top of that, the staff was overly rude during the first visit, including Elizabeth.

Will NOT be going back, total waste of time and money, did nothing i went in for, but i'm sure she will get money from the insurance company, not sure what for she didn't DO anything

Be warned before you go, it is $50 for a missed appointment, and if you visit annually like me, it is VERY easy to get busy and your going to need to have a phone alarm that can be set for a year and calendars don't always stand out day to day...it might be worth the drive and not losing $50 through busy schedules by seeing a dermatologist at UVM medical center who ALWAYS call to confirm an appointment EVEN THE ADULT SPECIALISTS...maybe they really care that you don't lose money from a missed annual appointment?? This is my real complaint, but when you hover around living wage, it is a super important issue.

She took advantage of my parents. Her hair was noticeably filthy. These elderly folks were uninformed regarding papers they were forced to sign, and told by her she would not help them until they signed.

Dr. Foley appeared to be in a hurry. She was overall not very pleasant. Despite expressing my concerns, she informed me that she hates to be a, "Debbie Downer" but I am getting older. FYI I am 34! So apparently medicines that make you sun sensitive are not as much a concern for unusual spots that suddenly appear as much as my age being the synergistic factor. Next time I will drive the 1.5+ hours to Burlington to avoid the unpleasant demeanor and lack of professional advice. Thanks but no thanks Dr. Foley!
