Disrespectful, demeaning and disreputable. Her incompetent staff confirmed the insurance affiliation, prior to the visit. Later on the claim was denied, and they said that they called and sent a letter which I didn’t receive. When they got a hold on me, I wasn’t expecting the $700 bill. Then asked, why that high for a well-child visit, when any lab work could still be claimed through insurance. They said that I had to talk to the doctor. So they transferred and Elizabeth already went ballistic, accusing me of giving a wrong address and phone number, that she’d report me t a collections agency and my credit score would decrease; yelling “ it won’t come from my pocket.” The raging bull woman, wouldn’t give me a chance to utter a syllable, she transferred back to the office and I paid the outrageous bill right then. It should help her buy the bipolar, schizophrenia and OCD medication that she depends on to merely function. Nasty, derogatory and belligerent individual.

She is the best doctor i have ever been too. She's very caring with her patients, answers all your questions, and always takes her time.

When my children are sick -- Dr. Issa-Basch does a thorough examination and takes the time to explain what needs to be done to get them back to their good health. My sons love her!! She treats us like we are family!! We appreciate her kind, caring and professional ways. Thank you Dr. Issa-Basch.

Dr. Elizabeth Issa-Basch is an excellent doctor. She takes time to thoroughly examine my child and advises me when it is necessary to go the next step. I would highly recommend her. Her staff is professional -- they go out of there way to make sure EVERYTHING is complete -- full circle.

My child was sick and Dr. Issa-Basch checked hiim out head-to-toe to -- then took the time to explain what I needed to do to get my child well. We love Dr. Issa-Basch!!!
