Dr Papaila is awesome. The surgery she did for me was successful and the scar is almost invisible. Office visits with her are a very nice experience. She is knowledgeable and patiently answers any questions. Personally, she is down-to-earth, easy to talk to and joke around with! If I need any other surgeries in the future, I will go to her. 10 stars!

The initial visit was okay, she explained everything and drew pictures to explain the surgery. However, she seemed to want to explore more when and if she did the surgery, which I was not sure about. The staff was quite rude, not caring and seemed very disgusted about answering questions or concerns. I did not have the surgery because of other issues but not sure I would go back to her unless her staff changed.

This doctor was very rude and condescending. I did not even have surgery with her because of her caustic manner.

Initial visit after referral for surgery from my primary care physician. Very personable, confident and thorough. Spent a good long while explaining the surgery, drew pictures, etc. to ensure I had a good understanding of the entire procedure. I feel very prepared for the coming surgery.
