She has a great bedside manner

Dr. Tan and Dr. Buscher are outstanding doctors! The team of nurses and front desk staff are great and very helpful . I had a difficult procedure this morning and hands down these two lady doctors did an amazing job and handled it very well. Amanda, Dr. Buscher's assistant is a sweetheart! Thank God I found this practice . I simply cannot praise them enough for their patience, experience , and bed side manners. THANK YOU

A truly exceptional physician. Really listens. Have referred my close friends and they validate my experience. She calls personally with test results! This is someone who practices medicine for all the right reasons.

She is fantastic. Dr. Busher remembers you and your issues and never hurries. If you have questions she is happy to spend time making sure you understand everything.

She is an amazing doctor! She always takes her time with me and I never feel like she's rushing through. She has great compassion and she listens to her patients. I drive from the suburbs all the way into the city just so I can see her, that's how great she is!

This office appears disorganized, and Walz-Bucher seems to have poor patient files. Having spent such a long time at my appointment, filling out a 13 page intake form and waiting over an hour, I did not have the time to wait for 3 prescription forms to be written, so the staff said they would be mailed. Two of them arrived two weeks later, When I called back about the 3rd, I received a prescription for a pill formulation rather than the cream which I previously had used. After 2 subsequent calls, I received a message saying that I never had a prescription for this medication. Meanwhile I received a prescription for a mammogram, that I did not need. Then when I faxed forms to receive the 2 prescriptions via mail order upon refill, they were never sent to the mail order provider.

I am blown away by Dr. Walz Buscher. Not only is she incredibly nice and at the top of her game, she gets back to me immediately. I let her office know, unfortunately, that I would be moving to DC and no longer be a patient of theirs. EVen with this information, she stayed on top of a small insurance issue I was having. For a busy doctor to personally stay on top of an insurance issue for a patient who is leaving them....to me, that speaks volumes about just the type of woman she is. Plus, melissa is just a hoot and I've had excellent experiences with Mary Pat. Devastated to be leaving them all.

I can not say enough about this doctor. I was referred to her about 15 years ago and have never had the same experience with any other docter. She delivered all four of my children and now, residing in California, I miss her a great deal as the health care professionals, here, don't even compare! I think the most impressionable moments were those when I needed to make decisions on procedures and she wouldn't allow me to unless I had all the data. Never pushed me in any direction unless I had all the facts. Extremely caring and gentle. Super supportive in every way. I also knew I was in the right place as her entire staff utilized her as their own personal doctor. I am still friends with one of her nurses-the staff was also amazing!

Based on my friends' recommendations, I currently switched to Women's Practice and I am glad that I did! I've been seeing Dr. Elizabeth Walz-Buscher for my prenatal care. She is fantastic so far!! She is very approachable, personable and her bedside manners are excellent. She spends time with me, answers all my questions and I never feel like I've been rushed. Her staff is also nice. The office is very friendly & cozy but extremely busy so expect to get in line and wait to get an appointment!

My wife and I cannot say enough about Dr. Buscher and her staff. They are excellent in every way. Highly, highly recommend.
