When the practice of my primary care physician closed after 20-plus years, I was faced with finding a new doctor with whom I could trust my medical care. I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Ella Bostanjian, and from my first visit I found her to be thorough, understanding and extremely competent. Dr. Ella listens carefully, makes informed decisions, and is linked to an outstanding network of specialists should the need for additional diagnostics or treatment be necessary. It is difficult to change doctors after years of being treated by the same individual, but Dr. Ella immediately gained my trust. Dr. Ella was very attentive to my needs and very caring. She went beyond my expectations in providing all that I asked and more. She explained all my questions and gave very clear directions on medications. She was very considerate in giving me options of cheaper medications and giving samples of medications. She really demonstrated concern and desire to help. Betty, the girl that was in the front desk, was very friendly and caring. She received me with a warm welcome and made me feel at home. The environment is also very welcoming and cozy. Everything is well organized and clean. Also, the neighborhood is very nice. I really enjoyed my experience at Edmond Health Clinic, will return and definitely recommend.
