After 15 years of breast implants, I was ready to have them removed. I had no problems with them but I felt like they were always in the way. My breast augmentation was done in La Jolla so I started fresh researching doctors in the Los Angeles area. After many weeks, reading reviews and getting quotes, I was frustrated until I found Dr. Hirsch. I set up a consultation because he did great work and for a reasonable price. I set up my surgery after my first consultation. Everything was amazing! The office staff, location, bed side manner, pricing, and professionalism. Recovery was easy and my scar is almost undetectable. I decided not to do a lift at the time because I wanted to see how much the "fluff fairy" would visit for the first 6 months post explant and I wanted minimal scars. She visited more than I expected but now I'm considering a lift because I'm confident Dr. Hirsch would do a great job and scarring is no longer a huge concern for me. If you're considering Dr. Hirsch, you will not be disappointed. He's a fantastic surgeon and I'm so glad I found him! I highly recommend him!

Ive been to several surgeons over the years struggling with illness and my breast implants. I finally decided to remove them and I am so glad I did! I am very fortunate that I was able to find Dr Hirsch and his amazing staff! He performed an explant for me and fixed the stretch marks on my stomach. Dr Hirsch is a straight forward no nonsence surgeon who dose not give you un realistic expectations and his prices were the best I found here in Los Angeles. His medical knowledge far surpassed that of my previous surgeries including the very first one performed in Beverly Hills. Karla in the office is fabulous and always availalable via email for questions payment and scheduling plus she offered me much needed moral support. Brittany Dr Hirsches medical assistant is cheerful skillfull and a person I am always happy to see as one can tell in meeting with her that she truley enjoys what she does wich makes all of this much more palatable. Dr Hirsch and his staff get a five star plus rating from me. I am extremly pleased and thanks to them I am on the road to recovery and looking much better at that.

My 11 year old daughter recently had a large mucocele on the inside of her lip and had extreme anxiety about seeing a doctor or even talking about surgery. Dr. Hirsch was so calming to my daughter. He explained everything in a very straight forward but comforting way. She was crying and being a bit difficult about getting the initial shot for pain management (local), and he managed to help her through it. She felt absolutely nothing during the procedure, and the result is great. He was fantastic and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
