Dr. Emilio J. Biagiotti, MD

Dr emilio is awesome, so knowledgeable and very caring. His staff, however, particularly the front desk are rude, self centered women who should not be a drs staff. They get annoyed if just asking a question. Hey have the attitude that you are bothering them. The only thing they smile about is when lunch is delivered

The office staff is rude , and not helpful at all. Really, what good is having a doctor who you cannot talk to and doesn’t help his patients in a time of need

I love Dr Biagiottti, known him when he first started practice on E Tremont. But if you REALLY need to see him, it’s important, then forget about it. I have tried too many times to get an appointment early (ie next few days, next week, following week, etc.) I am given an appointment MONTHS later. Why even bother? Doc, you need to fix this. Scheduling an appointment is god awful.

I'm so disgusted of people always bad mouthing the front desk and the rest of the staff. The doctor's are wonderful and so is the staff. They all work very hard and go above and beyond for the patience. People need to chill out.

Both Dr. Emilio and Dr. Wendy are wonderful as are the other doctors in the office. You are never rushed out, and all the doctors are very caring. Unfortunately the office staff is the worst ever! If things don't change they are going to lose patients very quickly! After being left on hold for over 10 minutes I hung up and looked for a new doctor.

Dr Biagotti is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Biagotti is the best!! I've been going to him for years never a problem, but as for his staff to not friendly at all they are the worse he definitely needs to change everyone of them.

Dr Emilio Biagiotti is excellent. After 15 years of test after test after test he was the only MD who at that point only saw three times for a total of about 1 hour within that time period and he hit my problem right no the head. Now I am almost pain free, can sleep again at night and know I am not crazy. He is there 24/7 for his patients ......................His staff never get things done, messages never get to him. prescriptions delayed because they do not do there job, very rude, never call you back. Once I was told we can not send you to have a MRI done we don't know the codes are you kidding me or what..........Besides the horrible staff that is almost all of them I will continue to see Dr Emilio because he is the best at what he does........As far as waiting it's not his fault blame our president for that. He has to see a certain amount of patients a day.....SO if your waiting that because if you need hi for more than 8 minutes he will sit there and listen to you........This… is not is fault and only like this lately...............He needs to get rid of his nasty and lazy staff as I do know many who will not go back to the greatest MD out there............He knows his stuff never wrong yet.............He gets a million stars from me and my family his staff gets a ZERO........

Such a hard review to write. Cannot say enough good things about Drs. Biagiotti. I'd recommend them both as two of the best doctors in the Bronx. However, and this is a big however, the staff & office is another thing entirely. The staff and office environment is terrible. Be prepared for a 3-4 hour wait, at a minimum 2.5 hours. The waiting room is packed with chairs lined up like a classroom, and those waiting are eating, cursing, & speaking in tones louder than a ballpark. Its as if whole families spend their afternoons there. I've actually seen staff members put up their hand when a patient comes to window so they can complete a conversation. You will never get a return call, requests for information by labs or pharmacies will be ignored. Getting an appointment is quite easy, they just pack you in and then you wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and, well you get the picture. Drs. Biagiotti lose a great deal of respect due to their staff and the unprofessional office… environment and wait time. I've been seen quicker in a city ER.

Great doctor long wait to see him! Needs new staff, very hard sometimes to deal with, like they cant be disturbed. They get annoyed when the phone rings. Hard to get forms filled out by them.
