Dr. Eric S Molho, MD

I've seen several neurologists over the past 6 years for cervical dystonia. Dr. Molho has taken such time every visit to really assess my muscle situation and try new things. I've had my first real relief from pain in years. He just can't ever retire now.

I had seen 3 doctors specializing in movement disorders until I saw Dr. Molho. He is very knowledgeable about past, present and cutting edge research on the subject of Parkinson's. He ran a symposium where everyone who spoke was an expert on their particular area, and was well appreciated by those with new diagnoses and those with longer term ones. He spoke of medications, DBS, the need for exercise, etc. as well as the newest research and so much more. While seeing him at the Albany office, he has an excellent manner which is comforting as well as honest. I've never waited long at all to be seen, and he doesn't rush through an appointment either. When I have called with a question or am reporting about symptoms when changing a medication per his suggestion, he personally calls back!

I suffered from severe neck/shoulder pain which coincided with debilitating migraine (cannot believe I do not recall the medical term). I suffered with this for most of my adult life, approximately 30 years. After seeing many neurologists I was finally referred to Dr. Molho. I underwent 18 months of Botox therapy with treatments every 3 months. I am SO HAPPY that I can say I have been PAIN free for six years now! I never thought I would see the end of the pain that literally ruled my life. Dr. Molho is very caring and keeps the mood light which puts you at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Molho. Unfortunately afterr 6 years my pain issues have all resurfaced and I believe I may start treatment again. I had been on narcotics for years which stopped working and that is the merry go round I was on when I met Dr. Molho. I do not EVER want to be on narcotics for pain relief again! With the help of Dr. Molho we will nip this in bud and my life will be greatly improved once… again! Thank You Dr. Molho!
