Dr. Eric John Waffner, MD

My primary physician retired, selected Dr. Waffner due to his positive reviews. Scheduled appointment 3 months ago they explained I would be seeing his PA. Today 8 days prior to appointment I received a call canceling this appointment they are filled up on my insurance?? This doctor is on BMG board chair need to get in touch with his administration staff. Screwing patients over does not promote wellbeing. Back to search, wait and hope my scripts don't expire in process.

Dr. Waffner has always listened to my questions and concerns. He has never made me feel rushed. It's always a pleasure to go see him. Dr. Waffner's staff are wonderful and so very pleasant. We moved here from Connecticut so being new to the Buffalo area my husband and I feel very happy to be patients of this wonderful medical group.

Every time I had an appointment and it was sunny outside the office contacted me and rescheduled my appointment. Why only on sunny days? This went on for several years till I got tiered and left the group.

My wife got me an appointment with Dr. Waffner and wow! On my first visit, he spent an hour with me. He's honest, clear, concise and genuinely concerned. My health has improved dramatically. It's a pleasure to go see him.

I went to an afterhours office with chest discomfort and a Dr. assist. saw me. I heard her tell Dr. what was going on and he cut her sentences off numerous times. Told her to order some tests and for me to see my Dr. He never even stepped into the room to ask me how I felt, about my pain, my feelings, nothing.I left there in fear of having a heart attack that night.

Dr. Waffner has always been more than willing to listen to my questions and /or complaints. He never has made me feel rushed. Dr. Waffner has always made the right diagnoses or strived every possible wway to get an answer. It is h8is concern and friendly nature that saved my life. I would encourage anyone needing an Internist to see him and all readyt have done so. Any person who I have suggested him to and now sees him, has pretty much the same opinions.

Dr Waffner consisently provides a friendly atmosphere so all your concerns can be expressed. He always makes sure you leave completely satisfied and aware of what is to be done next. I have come to trust his medical judgement and I am no longer afraid to report all my symptoms, no matter how trivial they seem to me.
