Asked for a copy of my son's physical. Was told it was to busy. I have to set up an appointment just to get a copy of a physical. Really. Appointment at 3. Still sitting in the lobby

Excellent Pediatrician

Dr. Erica Odum is awesome. I have two kids who see her, after several rounds with other pediatricians that I didn't like at ALL. I have found Dr. Odum to be caring and intelligent. She spends time talking with us to help explain things, and doesn't try to rush out of the room. Perhaps because of this, we DO have long wait times when we are there, but we have never failed to be given a same-day appointment if one of the kids are sick (which is OFTEN). The office staff are also very nice; the kids like them. We have seen Dr. Monica Wright (same office) once when Dr. Odum was out, and she was just as nice. In response to the other review, I am caucasian, and the kids are multiracial (3+), but I've had no trouble at this office at all, whether from the doctors or from the other staff.
