my husband and i saw dr. arce today for a dementia evaluation. we were very pleased with his care. i liked that he invited my husband to talk first and let him say what he was feeling and experiencing. then he asked me to add what i had been seeing. it allowed my husband to feel heard . . . that he had a voice instead of feeling like a subject in the room that everyone was talking about. he took his time with us and asked a lot of good questions. he referred us on to another specialist and explained his thinking very clearly and professionally. thank you dr. arce.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR he caused a chronic injury by carelessly ordering dangerous procedure see a different dr there are plenty he is expendable

Not only was this doctor rude, but when I confronted him, he just mocked me. I took a day off of work for an appointment, he didn't listen to what I said, tried to put me on a med that has side effects I was concerned about, and didn't listen to that, but then mocked me when I told him he was being rude. His reviews seem to have this common theme, I don't care if he is a doctor or not, we pay for these services and no one has the right to be treated like this.

My sister has cerebral palsy. He seen her in the hospital. when she got out for her first visit to see him he said that he remember her and that he was glad to see that big smile on her face. He gave her a great big hug. Thank you Mary Coles

Have been seeing Dr. Arce for the last 18 months. Very attentive and is willing to listen. Asks lots of questions and thinks outside the box. Would recommend!

Would not see me for a second opinion. Said I should follow instructions of first neurologist, even though both my family physician and I believed that doctor missed something. Clearly Dr. Arce belongs the the “boys club” and won’t even consider another neurologist could be wrong or maybe just missed something. This is a red flag on the type of doctor he must be - he obviously does not have an open mind and pre-judges his potential patients. Be wary of seeing him - while I’m sure his education is strong, his interpersonal skills and compassion are severely lacking.

I felt attacked the whole time. So much so, that in the first 15 minutes I said to him, “Should I just go? I don’t think we need to waste anyone’s time.”

I felt attacked from the moment Dr. Arce entered the room. I have honestly never had a doctor appt that went so poorly. I should have just left the room as he was making me feel extremely uncomfortable and like I was wasting his time. If you have the opportunity to see another doctor I would.

Very caring and attentive.

Dr. Arce is the rudest doctor I've ever had to endure. If you are looking for someone to listen to you and to treat you like a human being - DONT go to Dr. Arce.
