I would like to share my experience with Dr. Erin Baldwin. She was my primary physician for four years while she practiced in Camarillo, CA. I am 50 years old and had a lot of complicated issues; I was a mess and didnâ??t take care of myself back then. With Dr. Baldwinâ??s support I was able to look at the whole picture and realize that I needed to take charge of my physical wellbeing. She is the most caring physician Iâ??ve ever had and she took the time to examine the underlining issues that were the root of my illnesses. I never felt rushed, uninformed and always left with a plan and next steps. There were times when I was not doing well that she called me over the weekend to see if I was okay. She pointed me in all the right directions and referred me to specialist who could help her help me. Dr. Baldwin is a great doctor, but better than that a wonderful caring human-being.

I enjoyed her being my doctor, she is real theoral and very knowledgeable in her medicine she does everything she can to find the problem and make her patients feel at ease and comfort. she has has so much compassion towards her patients and makes sure they're getting the appropriate care. she will sit down with u and go through everything step by step, and she is a good listener and really goes out of her way to make sure her patients are at comfort and safe. she's is just an amazing,smart, energetic doctor that always carries a positive attitude with smile on her face, also a very good bedside manner , I have learned a lot from her just being a patient, she loves to teach and wants to make sure we understand whatever the outcome is.... she's very efficient in getting her work done and making sure her patients are notified on time with any type of results and will take her time to follow up with them as well.

Dr. Baldwin is a doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is more than willing to go above and beyond for her patients. She listens to your concerns and really takes them into consideration when treating you. She doesn't make your concerns or opinions sound foolish even if she doesn't agree with you. Dr. Baldwin only wants the best for her patients and shows that she truly cares with every visit or phone call.

Dr. Baldwin is a terrific physician who's professionalism, caring and compassion goes beyond the norm. A+++

Its difficult to reach Dr Baldwin by phone and several things have had difficulties.

Dr. Baldwin is the best doctor I have ever had

We were transferred to Dr. Baldwin after our previous Dr. left the medical group. She was awesome - at first. She spent time with us and really seemed to care. We could get an appointment the same day, if need be. But, that all changed once "Dignity Health" bought the medical group. There was an immediate change. Dr. Baldwin was always looking stressed out and extremely tired. She seemed to be on a stop watch during our visits, not spending more than 10 minutes with us. As a result, it became an exercise in writing a prescription and shuffling us out the door. It now takes us a minimum of 6 weeks to get an appointment with her - usually end up talking to the nurse practitioner. Oh, and forget calling in, the staff on that end is useless. It took us 3 tries and over a month just to get a prescription renewed, they simply would not reply to the pharmacist.

I was dropped by my old doctor at a time when I was the sickest that I have ever been in my life. But it was the best thing that has ever happened to me!!! My old Dr. told me that I just "needed attention, and I needed to go for a walk and see a psychiatrist". Thanks! Dr Erin Baldwin was so kind and so thoughtful and took as much time with me as I needed. She is though. She sent me to pain management, which I had not been to in 8 years, and I felt like dying before because of the pain, and now I have a life. Also it turns out that I had gastritis, erosive esophogitis, colitis, and I was being poisened because my stove was leaking gas, my wall was leaking gas, my meter, and my furnace was cracked and I was being poisened by carbon monoxide! My other doctor did not do the reserch or take the time to see what was wrong, or believe me. Thank you Dr Baldwin!!!

Dr. Baldwin is a wonderful doctor, however, her office staff is terrible. Plan to have your appointment rescheduled, and to have to call at least 4 times for every prescription refill. They do not answer pharmacies and even after you call still get it wrong. This has happened multiple times, in fact every time, myself or a family member needed a refill. Eventually, the inconvenience outweighs how great the doctor is.
