Hi, I am Dr. Eugene Fletcher. My primary focus is to compassionately treat the mental health issues of my patients and to support their families.

After 20 years in the United States Navy, I trained in General Psychiatry at the University of South Alabama. Then, completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UT Southwestern and Children's Health, where I was the Chief Pediatric Psychiatry Fellow. I trained at a high level tertiary care center, which allowed me to see common presentations, as well as unique cases that many psychiatrists will never see in their lifetime.

I founded NEOGEN Telepsychiatry in 2014 with the goal of reaching patients in areas where psychiatrists might not be available and the mental health needs are great. By 2018, I personally logged over 4,000 telepsychiatry hours through NEOGEN providing services.

Ensuring Data Transparency and Trust: A Guide to Vitals Doctor Listings and Reviews

Our provider data is gathered directly from physicians and publicly available databases. Providers who verify their profiles gain the ability to update information, offering additional details about their specialties, education, treated conditions, performed procedures, and accepted insurances.

Reviews on Vitals are submitted by users only. Recognizing the valuable insights these reviews offer into a doctor's reputation, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Importantly, providers cannot delete or alter reviews independently. Reviews can only be deleted or changed following an internal assessment by our customer service team.

Your feedback is highly valued and we encourage you to contact our support team should you encounter any issues.
