I can't say enough how good Dr. Tsai is. He is so incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He cares about his patients and it shows.

I met with a nurse, a young doctor working with Dr Tsai, and then Dr Tsai. Everyone listened, explained, and was interested in providing excellent care. And the care I received was excellent.

Dr. Tsai seemed very "rushed", like he was running behind schedule or over-booked. He didn't seem very interested in the concerns I was having about how my thumb/wrist was healing post-op. I had to ask a bunch of questions since he didn't offer up information about my situation.
