She was horrendous. At first the practice seemed supportive of my choice to have a third vba2c with my fifth child. Then they began switching my due date several times as well as not listening to my concerns of rare fetal movement and severe sciatica in the last 2 months of pregnancy. She ambushed me on my supposed due date to have a c-section the next day and denied ever having discussed a possible low dose pitocin induction. Last but not least, she criticized my weight gain (I am pretty short at 4'11") and told me that I should've rather smoked to produce a smaller baby, whilst knowing that my own mother died at 47 of complications from diabetes type 1 and smoking. This happened in front of the front desk staff. Needless to say, I do not recommend her at all.

My child and I both almost died. He has brain trauma from emergency c section.

Dr. Kolkas seems a little odd at first, but after seeing her many times during my prenatal visits I realized she is a great doctor. She actually listens to my concerns and answers my questions. She was also great when addressing my husbands concerns and questions. Love her and seeing her again for baby #2!
