Dr. Euton Michael Laing, MD

Don't get me wrong he is a nice man, but he is always in a RUSH when he sees you. Or it takes FOREVER AND A DAY TO SEE HIM. Front desk staff are pathetic and rude and dont know nothing! If you go to his office wait time terrible and you are seen by his trainees who know nothing. Dr get your act together, your patients come first (young or old) . Dont lose your practice because of your staff

I HAVE TO SAY THAT I LOVE DR.LAING AND HIS STAFF!! IVE RECOMMENDED A FEW FRIENDS AND THEY ARE ALSO SO SATISFIED WITH HIS OFFICE. DR. LAING ACTUALLY CARES AND HE WEARS THE BEST COLORFUL SOCKS AND NICE TIES LOL! THANKS DOC LAING FOR MAKINNG MY EXPERIENCES THE WAY THEYRE SUPPOSED TO BE NON STRESSFUL! HAPPY NEWYEAR!!

The Doc is a good guy but is a hurried mess....the last time I went I witnessed one of the office girls complaining about the working conditions..shortly after, she sat down and watched a computer screen while phones just rang and rang...No one bothered to pick up the phones..there were many complaints from people waiting in line. Maybe the Doc should go into Ministry full time and leave the Doctoring to someone who can devote himself and hire competent professionals instead of his church people that need a job. ...I'm forced to change Doctors

I recently started going to Dr Laing and it has been one headache after another. His staff is very unprofessional on the phone and in the office. When you go there all the staff is running around like no one knows what is going on. When you get in the back 2/3 interns come in asking you the same questions over and over. Then when the Dr comes in asking the same thing. He is a Bad Listener. Always in a RUSH. Has to refer you out for test even blood work. He isn't forth coming with test results.You have to ask. Some test I never got the results for and it's been months! His staff calls to tell you what his plan of action instead of scheduling an appointment to discuss options. And worst of all he has staff calling to give you a Diagnosis and they don't really understand it themselves so couldn't answer any questions. No explanations! Who does that!!!

Dr. Laing is a good doctor but, the only thing is he doesn't spend time with you in the room, their is always the intern doctors that spend time with you answering your questions, and then when dr. Laing comes in the room he always looks rushed. His receptionists are not all professional. I called to scheduled an emerg appointment and the lady said I will call you back, I called back two hours later to get the same respond, I explained that my throat hurts really bad and I might need antibiotic, the same receptionist said i would call you back. I contacted another office, got an appt with no problem, come to find out that I needed antibiotic, I had a throat infection. I called Dr. Laing office the next day and asked to speak to the lady that I s

I have been going to Dr. Laing for years. He is very caring and through. He remembers you from one visit to another. I thought we connected (as doctor patient) but, I saw him greet a few patients with familiarity. I started taking my son there in lieu of the pediatrician.

Overall, when you do get to see doctor. He is very good. I must caution that you will not get to see the doctor most of the time. You will be using trainees. The office staff is very rude. If this is your first visit as a patient you will be blown away on how great they are. But that is when it stops. It almost like dealing with person trying to sell you something and then afterwards you can not get hold of them after you buy the product.Their nurses are the rudest butch I ever encountered. If you have blood work done or X-ray or any other type of diagnostic test done , good luck trying to get the results. The office never returns your call, never call you about your results. It take a a good two months of constant calling and threats before I can get my results. This is no way for a patient to be treated.I use vitals like most patients that care about their health to find the right doctor that is right. This doctor is good and is pleasant when you do see him. If you are comfortable… with a trainee seeing you, then you should have to problems. If you like to sit on the floor in the waiting room for an hour waiting to see the doctor while his staff eat their sandwich and discuss personal matter, then this is the place for you.I have no doubt this is a good doctor but he really needs to do something about the folks he hires and the type of practice he runs.

I has wrote before about how I feel about dr;Laing. Im very grateful to has someone like him.In New Jersey we need more Doctors like him that wirk with the patients not the patients working with them.

Dr. Lain delivered my sone 10 years ago and he's been our Family Doctor ever since. He is always caring, supportive, and non-judgemental. Last year when my father-in-law came to NJ to visit and he developed some serious issues and was hospitilized for a month, Dr. Laing was there for us, at the hospital, always taking our calls or returning our calls, and he had never even seen my father-in-law as a patient previously. I really can go on and on about Dr. Laing and how he is an awesome person and doctor. He is a doctor with old school values buy who keeps up with today's medical news, treatments, etc... I recommend him to any and everyone!

Dr. Laing, delivered 2 of my 3 children. He has been not only my 4 childrens doctor since bith, but my personal dr. for over 13 years. I have had to call Dr. Laing at 2-3 in the morning, holidays, or just being really worried about one of my children and he has ALWAYS gotten right back to me. Even at 4 in the morning. I can't say enough about him. I have followed him through both of this office moves and think I would drive as far as I had to in order to keep him. God Bless him, what a wonderful DR. he is.
