Dr. Evan Keith Dicken, MD

I'm just frustrated by the change Dr. Dicken is a wonderful Doctor i just hate it because he no longer accepts my insurance. and the Office staff is rude.

Great physician! Horrible office staff. Rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and very dismissive. They call in medications incorrectly, improperly enter items in medical file, do not listen to the patients, incorrectly code medical procedures and routinely bill wrong insurance company. And, if you complain, they drop you as a patient. Really is a sad situation. I very much like Dr. Dicken. But getting to see him is difficult because you first have to get through his call screeners and bouncers who work in the front office. I am now seeking a new family physician because I complained about the treatment I had received from the office staff. I was not allowed to speak with Dr. Dicken prior to receiving my certified letter stating I would no longer be permitted to utilize their services. I believe I was treated unfairly and deserved the right to actually speak with my physician about this matter. I admit that after the last time my medications were incorrectly called in and… yet another mistake was made in my chart that I called and lost my cool on the phone. I take ownership of that and won't deny it. But at that point I was fed up. When I asked to speak with either Dr. Dicken or the office manager, I was informed that they were "both out for the day." My message was returned over 5 hours later and I got to speak with a tech. She did her best to accommodate me and I respect her for her efforts. But I still believe I deserve the right to express my concerns with the physician and office manager. If you want a good doctor, Evan Dicken is one to consider. But to see him requires you go through his office staff first. And, I don't wish that nightmare on anyone!

Dr. Dicken was very knowledgeable and efficient. He listened to my complaints and prescribe medication he thought would help. He told me if it didn't to come back. It did help and I did' have to go back. I would recommend him to family and friends!

Very professional and spent plenty of time with me. Would recommend to all my family and anyone else who needs and god Dr.

Dr. Dicken is one of the best physicians I have ever seen. He is highly knowledgeable, competent and caring. Under his care, my overall health condition has improved greatly, and I have been removed from a couple of medications that are no longer needed. I highly recommend Dr. Dicken to anyone who is looking for a quality health care provider.

The office staff is professional, yet caring and considerate; competent.Dr. Dicken is conscientious and quite knowledgeable. He listens very well. I felt very comfortable and assured he would help me. He empathizes with the patient.
