Evan S. Loft, M.D. is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist specializing in cornea, external diseases and refractive surgery. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Georgia and his medical school degree is from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed residency training and fellowship training at Emory University. Dr. Loft joined Eye Consultants of Atlanta in 2008 and practices at Cumberland, Buckhead, and Gwinnett-Lawrenceville locations. Dr. Loft has given presentations on LASIK and refractive surgery at numerous ophthalmology meetings. He has also published articles in peer-reviewed ophthalmology journals and has authored chapters for ophthalmology reference books and other sources.

I consider Dr. Evan Loft to be excellent in his practice. Besides my never having any problems with his service, he is extremely friendly and courteous, has a lot of patience and puts his patients at ease. I would highly recommend his services.

Dr Loft is wonderful and his staff. I had a great experience with lasik surgery and my only regret is that I didn’t do it years ago.

Dr. Evan Loft is an outstanding, talented, and compassionate physician and eye surgeon. From my first appointment, I felt I was a good hands. Now, after my first of two left/right eye surgeries to remove inherited cataracts, I know for certain I am in the best of hands. I highly recommend Dr. Loft to anyone in need of his expertise. His compassionate bedside manner before, during, and following surgery and treatment serves as a role model for all in filed of medicine.

Dr Loft has been the best eye Dr have ever been to. No other had ever mentioned that I had Fuchs Dystrophy & eventually had to have corral transplants in both eyes. Dr. Loft & his whole office & surgical team were fantastic both times! The whole experience has been very gratifying. Did not realize has much I was missing, the fog is gone & the colors are so vivid , I never realized how bad it was. Thank you all for my eyesight back, I can see how beautiful my granddaughters!
