Summary
“Dr. R†received his medical degree at Vanderbilt Medical School in 1986. He continued at Vanderbilt for two years of pediatric residency during which time he met and married his wife, Kip. They moved together to Chapel Hill, NC where Dr. R finished his residency at UNC. Dr. R joined North Raleigh Pediatrics full-time in July 1989. He was certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 1991, with re-certification in 1998 and 2005. Dr. R and his partner purchased the property at 7205 Stonehenge Drive in 1993, where the practice is now located. He has served as a preceptor for UNC medical students since 1997. He is currently Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at UNC School of Medicine. In 2006-07, he served a two-year term as Chairman of Pediatrics at WakeMed. Dr. R and his wife live in North Raleigh with their son, Andrew.
