Dr. Fadi Badlissi, MD

Arrogant, dismissive of my concerns, interrupted my sentences, acted and spoke as if I was wasting his time if I wanted a treatment different from what he offered (although he was sure to want me to schedule a follow-up appointment). I gave him a second chance by going this second time. Mistake on my part. (Only tapped one star because I had to tap a star to submit.)

Kind of discourteous, doesn't make the patient feel at ease. Need to be more understanding of patients needs

he told me I was just “somatisizing” my symptoms and needed to see a psychiatrist. other times he simply did not believe my symptoms or characterized them as temporary when I specifically said they were permanent . Said my severe pain is just me being “overly sensitive” and all in my “central nervous system” (so all in my head). He said there is no organic basis for my symptoms even though none of the tests ai had done can “see” inflammation. I also have very bad results on other tests that he was unaware of. He was not merely “dismissive” with me, but sounded intentionally degrading to make a point if showing his superior expertise over other doctor’s.

Dr. Badlissi has one of the worst bed-side manners I've ever encountered. He stares at his computer screen vs. pay attention to the patient. Like some arrogant doctors, he suffers from a god-complex where patients are not allowed to question his diagnosis or treatment plans. Frustrated I was forced to seek out a 2nd opinion from GCA specialists at Brigham & Women. I would recommend others stay far away from this doctor.

Completely dismissive of my chief complaint, and unsympathetic to ongoing pain, ran zero tests, did not review my history until urged by me to do so...terrible experience.

I was amazed that after a 10 minute visit with me, Dr.Badlissi could determine what diseases I did not have, but offered no information on what was causing all of my ongoing symptoms. I will continue to search for answers even though I was easily so easily dismissed by him.
