Dr.Faith Esterson is the great doctor!!!

Dr. Esterson is incredible. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable. My entire family sees her and we always receive great care. Her office staff is very friendly and the office is always very clean.

The front desk and their manager are absolutely ignoring and unprofessional. Don't go there!

I have had very good experiences with the doctors and PA's in this office. Ailments have always been successfully treated. Where I am driven crazy is with the administrative side of the practice. It is hard to get through to a person by phone, voice messages are not returned, insurance claims are improperly submitted, subscriptions are improperly submitted to pharmacies - all of this causing lost time and frustration for me. I will continue to visit this practice because the most important side, treating of skin problems, is excellent, but I wish the doctors would spend a little more time on the administration.

I was new to the area so I was in need of a new dermatologist. I happened to find Dr. Esterson's name on the internet so I figured I would give her office a call. At first, I was taken aback by the fact there was over a month wait to see her. But, I completely understand why there was such a long wait. Dr. Esterson is a wonderful physician and she answered all of my questions and concerns. I will certainly be going back!

My wait time was 1 hour 20 minutes and the visit was very poor. My prescription they sent it to two different pharmacies. not going back to her office.

The Doctor is great, the front desk staff is absolutely horrible!! The wait time was ridiculous. Overall I would not recommend this practice to my family or friends

My internist suggested that I see the doctor about some concerns so I did sol. The wait time was severe to me and the staff discourteous. The doctor, herself, came in in a hurry. She did not have answers to my questions and barely looked at my concern areas. It was a waste of time and money,. I will never retuun to that office!!

Been going to her for a while. Need to make appointments well in advance. I have never seen her PA, only her, and I intend to keep it that way. Just make sure that if you want the doctor specifically to speak up. Very friendly and explains everything really well.
