Dr. Faiyaaz Jhaveri, MD

Dr Jhaveri rushed through the appointment. His staff neglected to send the prescription to the pharmacy and repeatedly were dishonest about the actions they said they took. After multiple attempts to work with them and give them the benefit of the doubt I will find a new doctor.

Unable to obtain a copy of a total bone scan ordered by the doctor without paying a fee! The lady in the office really has an attitude and shouldn’t have contact with patients!

Dr. Jhaveri is extremely unprofessional. He performed surgery on me and was willing to let me go from his Heart of Florida Surgery Center with a bp reading of 200-190/100-90 because he and Dr. Tran (anesthesiologist) wanted to go home. I suggested that if released, I would be heading across the driveway to visit the ER. Dr. Jhaveri runs a practice that is operationally inefficient. Professionally being late is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Being a surgeon, this doctor has absolutely no on-call or answering service. When tracked down by the Heart of Florida Hospital, his response was to go to the ER because he was already home. I have never seen this complete lack of professionalism and care for patients. Every time that I have had an in office appointment, there is always a dispute between a patient and Dr. Jhaveri. The office always has a feeling of disruption. The experience is completely unsettling. My suggestion would be to make an investment and commitment to patient… care. Cutting corners will lead to complete failure.

I have been under Dr. Faiyaaz M. Jhaveri care for several months concerning an enlarged prostate and the doctor patient relationship has been very, very good. Prompt with his appointments whether office or hospital. The staff at the office has always been helpful and interested in my comfort more than to just get me in and out. Even when there was a little glitch with the insurance, taking care of my needs was the priority.

I am also a physician (which his office does not know) and he and his staff have treated me extremely well and the way I would expect. Courteous & Excellent office & staff.

Be very careful going to this doctor. He did a rush job on my dad when doing bladder surgery to remove cancer and put a hole in his bladder. My dad was in horrible pain for a year before another doctor figured out what damage was done. Sadly my dad passed away before he knew this could be repaired! Please be wary of this doctor...
