When I first went to Dr. Hafeez with migraines, they were unmanageable, and I was miserable. He helped me get my life back!

At first, I thought he was not for me, but I respected his professional opinions as I wanted him to respect mine. I am very glad I made that choice. I suffer from migraines and Fibromyalgia. He made me realize what was needed to have my quality of life back and now I am doing so much better. They listen and put my needs concerns as a top priority. Amazing group.

When Jasmine calls to push your appointment back, and you say no, because you have to go to work, and they have already pushed your appointment back once, know that she pushed your appointment back anyway, and you will SIT IN AN EXAM ROOM FOR 90 MINUTES until they get to the time they wanted to push you back to, and you will be late for work. Thanks for getting me in trouble at work, Jasmine.

I have seen this doc for 13 yrs and he has helped my headaches, stress, neck, back. To me he is a miricle worker i just love him. Never rushes my appt with him. He is to me the "Best". Thank U Dr H. SK

Dr. Hafeez is VERY temperamental, mercurial even, and I received a letter today firing me as a patient with no prior warning or discussion due to a couple missed appointments, one when I was in the ER and called to re schedule from the ER, and another when I was too sick with migraine to drive to his office. Zero empathy from this guy. Go elsewhere to UT headache clinic or UM in Ann Arbor. Avoid this disorganized office without email or working phone or voicemail.

He is caring, compassionate, understanding and listens to his patients.

Very good and understanding Doctor and staff. Willing to help with paperwork and scheduling. Very knowledgeable.

I have been seeing Dr. Hafeez for six years. He provides quality care for fibromyalgia management as well as migraines. He is easy to converse with about any treatments, conditions, etc. and gives me plenty of time per visit. I also appreciate the office staff-- Jonisha and Amy--for all of the questions and scheduling they take care of for me

Horrible horrible horrible. 2hours spent there. Had to wait 15min while girl at tasked talked to a lady about nonsense. Didn't send me paperwork beforehand and it took about 20min to fill out. Waste of time. Nurse then asked me almost all the questions I just filled out (as did the doctor)waste of time. Doctor finally came in with I sweat immediate arrogance and attitude. I just can not believe others have complemented his bedside manner. He belittled me and argued with me. His basic cure for fibromyalgia is psychiatry, posses a good attitude and excercise. Please do not subject yourself to this man.

I have been going to Dr. Hafeez since 2009. He is a great doctor who is looking to find the root of the problem not just covering up the pain. He spends a lot of time with you and explains everything so it can be understood.
