Stay away. He rushed in and out, left me tortured in pain, and diagnosed my dislocated and fractured sacrum, broken coccyx and more with only an xray refusing me an MRI or CT and told me that I had sacroilliac dysfunction. He said I also had piriformis muscle syndrome when my piriformis was torn off the sacrum and in half, and ended up lodging inside the sacrum hole where the nerve exits squeezing the two. He kept telling me he would send in requests for injections, but for over a year he never bothered to find out why he was getting no response and kept saying he would just keep resending it at each few minute appointment keeping me injured and coming back and waiting, leaving me in a level 10 pain and trying to force me back into work after torturing me in PT without doing imaging to accurately diagnose. My lumbar area was also all torn up. There is painful scar tissue throughout. He left me permanently disabled, and sent me to work with undiagnosed neck, wrist and shoulder injuries as well, and when I made a formal complaint he told me that he was upset and was (threatening to) just going to thus send me to rheumatology for a fibromyalgia diagnosis. My wrist torn, neck with bulging discs and stenosis and neuropathy to both hands, and shoulder dislocated. And he returned me to work, destroying me further. I would stay far away, as he also refused to treat me excruciating pain, as I added on home medications and uncontrollably in pain I was unable to take began drinking AT HIS ADVICE to TREAT THE PAIN after I told him that I was starting to do this when I could not take the pain any longer that he was refusing to treat. Finally, I could not get any relief and left the practice, to get further imaging finally. But not before they told me I had started just going crazy from the pain that this doctor left me in, and finally got imaging, was given narcotics immediately, and then was given a combination of medications, when he was telling me I just had to live with the pain. I think he realized he had me badly misdiagnosed, and then was covering it all up, and didn't mind trying to leave my pain undertreated. He was adding normal in office tests to his notes he wasn't doing as well, and he was minimizing symptoms. He is not an honest practitioner. And this type of person does not deserve business.

Dr. Aboelsaad spent little time with me and refused me MRI and CT testing of my pelvis/hip areas leaving me seriously injured trying to tell me my inability to walk much was a syndrome which I just had to be medicated for. In fact, he added tests into the notes that were not done making it appear that his theories were correct, when this was not the case. When I demanded MRI and CT testing he said he was an expert in fibromyalgia and that I had this, but would send me to a rheumatologist for "the" diagnosis. In fact, it took me 3 years to live this poor treatment down before I could get a doctor to do the MRI's and CT's. I had torn a muscle in the hip, an impingment of the sciatic nerve, significant scar tissue in the low back, and the injuries he refused to take seriously were bulging discs in the neck, a torn ligament in the wrist, neuropathy down the arms from the neck, and a torn shoulder with osteolysys, which snaps in and out of position. Doctors seem to be protecting each other from liability and Dr. Aboelsaad played his part not to help me the patient, by diagnosing multiple syndromes, but by helping the other doctors avoid a two and a half year statute of limitations. I would say this is discrimination against women, and being from Egypt perhaps this is a prevalent thing. In any case I would stay away. Even fibromyalgia is turning up to be multiple injuries which have been ignored. But you can say that they will do all of this with a smile. In fact, the treatment of injections was over a year and a half never submitted to the injurance company for approval despite his saying that he would submit this at each appointment, and I just never got treated at this office. Disgusted that the insurance company is required to accept or reject a treatment option in 30 days I found out, I finally left this office. He literally refused to do the MRI's and CT's in an area HE was disabling me with, which he agreed could go to a 10 pain level, but would only do an xray. What kind of doctor is that. He should not be in practice.
