Dr. Farah Taj Sultan, MD

I paid a page fee to see Dr. Sultan. She didn’t follow through on the paid plan of care. My health got worse. The stop providing care to me and I didn’t even know it. No notice. I found out 2 weeks later that I was no longer a patient. This was after I touched base with the office.

After paying almost $6k for a 6 month plan I ended up in the Emergency Room after 3 months. I followed all her instructions and took her very own brand expensive supplements only to become worse and in unbearable pain. She made my physical condition worse than it was when I went in for help. She doesn’t accept insurance except for lab work which at last check my insurance company stated they had paid her over $6k (3 months). She asked about and tried to treat me for symptoms I was not concerned about and that were not affecting my daily life. Yet the condition I was asking help for only became more severe. Office staff was friendly but so very inefficient. I was given wrong products. Shorted products and they would not respond to my urgent calls, texts or portal contacts. I was not given a full refund. I was not refunded for products she told me to take but after one use they made my initial condition worse. I think a good doctor should have been aware I would be unable to tolerate… them. I left the first visit with 21 supplements! Really?

Does not respond to calls, messages, etc.

I came in for a consult to see what options I have to look my best before my 30 year high school reunion. Dr. Sultan and staff were very informative and friendly. I left feeling confident that I made the right choice in doctor and procedures. I have no doubt that I will look much younger (in a natural and subtle way) than my fellow classmates at my reunion.
