Dr. Farrukh Ansari, MD

OrthoNY – Clifton Park / Dr. Farrukh Ansari After several months of treatment and testing for a back procedure, I received a letter from OrthoNY ending my care, citing a “serious disruption in the provider/patient relationship.” The letter was dated October 7, 2025, but not mailed until October 22, and I didn’t receive it until November 1st one day before my scheduled procedure. My care was abruptly terminated without giving me 30 days legal notice. I had no prior warning or explanation. I emailed them 3 times asking for a legitimate reason why my care was abruptly terminated, with no response. The only thing I had done recently was complete a confidential patient survey where I answered honestly that I wouldn’t recommend the doctor. As i felt lacked empathy for me as his patient, and having a very poor bedside manner. The survey was supposed tobe confidential and never expected to lose all care over it. I’m sharing this so others are aware of how the practice handled my situation.… Such unprofessional conduct, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Went to see Mr Ansari for pain (in-between shoulders (which was ignore), runs into neck and pain in shoulder blades he ignores in-between my shoulder blades and my shoulders themselves. He does xrays on my neck points out a possible reason for some of the pain. Throws me pills and basically tells me to get lost. The pills i cant use for a health reason and it could e dangerous to use them for me. I tell them this and im asked well are you going to keep using them? Mr Ansari runs in and out of appointments. Tells me to go see a chiropractor or neurologist or something. By the was a chiropractor isn't going to help a tear in cartilage which took me over a year "Longer" to find out And I ask a question about my spine but he was in to much of a rush to get out the door to answer a question about my spine CORRECTLY. And stepping out the door with his back to me I hear maybe you got this in your hands. The reason I know about the tear in my shoulder a year later is because one of his… colleagues showed the Professionalism he was lacking. And now I probably have to fight another year or so to find out what the pain in-between my shoulder blades is and if I can find a More Professionl Doctor someone with more caring and Professionalism towards their patients. Not Ansari. Thinking of switching out of ortho everything not that they care, lots of other patients with $ Just my experience and ill eventually get things fully looked into in a few years Hopefully before I lose all feeling in my hands or the US of my shoulder Thanks "Mr" Ansari

Unprofessional, basically told me to get lost, stepping out the door he's like maybe you have carnal tunnel. It took one of his colleagues to show the professionalism he lacks and ordered a test I've needed for over a year. Ansori could have ordered images and assigned me another doctor instead of just walking out on a patient.
