Dr. Farzana Rashid, MD

Extremely disappointing patient care. I highly recommend seeking other help. The continued treatment instruction from Rashid was “go to the ER;” cold and insensitive. I highly recommend finding a new doctor who will actually respond and care for you. It’s a shame.

Dr. Rashid is empathetic and compassionate. This is the type of person needed in the world of medicine. She makes time for his patients, and when she is running late, touches base with you to let you know. She is thorough and careful, and explains the reason(s) for her advice and answers any questions you may have.

The Drs in my experience are generally good and interested in helping your health problems. Hospital staff can be rude now and then. I've been attending with my family since I was a child and I'm now 50ish. I've gone with a range of health problems, some quite complex and so have my family. We are very lucky to meet Dr. Rashid, she has sorted out health issues to my/our satisfaction. She is a genuine person.

She is the first doctor that ever made me feel good about myself and I would fly to Philadelphia for an appointment even if I was living in The Bay Area. 6 Stars if they had them!

Dr. Rashid is one of my favorite physicians, he is kind and helpful. It's nice to have a doctor who listens to her patients and asks appropriate questions during examination. Explains things clearly, and treats me as a human, not just a patient to get in and get out.

This was literally the best doctor I've been to. I had a gastroenterology doctor prior that had zero compassion for his patients and sacred me from finding care.
