Dr. Fathemat Zakharau Nauzo, MD

I went for a breast examination today by this ob-gyn doctor only to be welcomed by a very rude conversation as she entered my room, inquiring why I was there since I had a visit with my primary care doctor earlier in the week in a very rude tone. As a concerned patient about my issue, it was very disheartening to see her talking this way when I had every right to go to my primary care doctor first and consult her at any given time. While she was examining my breast, I told her I was feeling some discomfort to let her know of my symptoms only to be rudely told that of course the examination would pain in a rude tone, which was not the intention for me saying that at all. Being in this profession, I would expect a person to have some basic empathy and listen to our issues instead of misinterpreting what we say. She ruined my day.

Dr. Nauzo is incredibly dedicated and very personable. She takes her time answering all of our questions, and she is also very responsive to emails. Great doctor and kind human being.
