He is a Greta doctor with great bedside manners... we have yet to find a medication that fixes my GERD. I was on omeprazole and hyosocamine but one gave me urinary pressure and the other was not as effective. Bisacodyl fixed my bowel movements and I’m grateful for that. I had hemorrhoids removed twice by him but it seems after the second time I bled more in the after effects. The first time I didn’t. But pain is gone and I’m thankful he performed surgery as soon as he saw me. His front desk assistants and are so rude and cut you off and fail to deliver messages to him. Every time I call or go to the office they just seem so stressed and rude, I prefer his answering service and when they put me through to him. I wanted to write a review hoping he’d see this and talk to them. Btw, his clinic in McAllen is so much nicer than Edinburg clinic. Edinburg one seems so dirty and old. But I am thankful he has something closer on this side a couple times of week for Edinburg patients. Mcallen… clinic waiting times are so fast!! Edinburg ones.. prepare to be sitting there 2-3 hours sometimes. Great doctor just wish we could work something out about my medications.

Visited Dr. Ozcelebi for the first time today when taking my 6-year-old daughter in for evaluation. My experience was great. He shook hands and introduced himself to us as well as my daughter. He made us feel welcome and had a very calm demeanor. Did not rush the evaluation whatsoever. Explained his thorough examination of my daughter. Took a very detailed history of her symptoms. I cannot say enough as to how pleased we were with our visit today. I would recommend him to friends, family, and even strangers any day.

I am in full agreement with the review submitted in 2009. Dr Ozcelebi (and his staff) are very professional, courteous and compassionate. Without going into specifics, Dr Ozcelebi was a key player in saving my wife's life, thanks to his dedication to resolving her health issue.
