Doctor is great, front office is an absolute mess. I been trying to speak to the doctor and get my results for over 2 weeks for an urgent matter. Going to see another doctor I can't risk my health with a unorganized office.

Very amicable personality, patient, caring and knowledgeable. My favorite doctor ever!!!

Dr. De La Cruz has been with me for 20 years, he is very knowledgeable, never rushes me and answers all my questions.

Long wait to see him but well worth the wait! Excellent Doctor

The Doctor is great, he thoroughly assess me, ask questions, made sure i understood everything. He spend time with the patient about 30mins.... maybe that is why the wait is long but totally worth it... I had several doctors but none like him... awesome

I was referred to this Dr by my grandmother whom has been a patient for many years "BIG MISTAKE" you show up to scheduled appointments on time they make you wait almost 2 hours to be seen and then another 45 minutes after they stick you in a room, then for about the first 4 months prescription refills were very easy then all of a sudden they want to make you come in for an appointment, pay a co-pay for them to pretty much write you the same prescription you have been on for quite awhile. Seriously going to be going elsewhere they have no consideration for peoples time

I will definitely refer Dr De la Cruz. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He has been treating my family for years. He dedicates the time necessary to attend my needs as a patient. Yes, there is wait, but worth it. He gets to the bottom of problems. He has a great staff.

Couldn't schedule appointment with doctor for 2-3 months, so I opted to see one of the PA's instead. Waited almost 2Hrs to be seen. PA (Carmen) was nice, but that's about the only good thing I can say about the office. They gave me my ultrasound result 1 month after the test was done, blaming the diagnostic center not sending them the result, which was not true, office staff was too lazy/irresponsible to put result in my chart as I later found out. I recently had a biopsy, never called me with the result, I had to call to ask. I was told that they have it, and a PA will call me back. It's been 2 days, and of course no one got back to me. I will try to get my result from the hospital, and will never go back to the office. I've heard from people that the doctor is nice, but it means nothing if you cannot even schedule an appointment with him within a decent time period, and the office is horrible.

What was once a personable, thorough, top quality efficient Physician practice has traded quality for quantity to the extent patient safety is at serious risk. Absurd office wait times pales when delays and mistakes in ordering vital testing threaten lives at this point. Doctor you need to change priorities. Blaming the government doesnt cut it anymore.

Very nice office and staff, although very slow and patients have to wait way too long, Be aware it's about a 3 hour wait.
