Dr. Fausto Antonio Sicard, MD

Horrid and rude staff, completely soured the appointment and follow up with their rude demeanor and condescending remarks. Sicard seemed like he was on autopilot and rushed through everything.

I had to have several small moles checked and ultimately removed by Dr. Sicard. I will never return to this place of business. The women in the office are extremely unprofessional. They were arguing with one another while I waited at the window for 10 minutes. I had 2 appointments and both times they seem to have “lost” my appointment time. I drove 45 minutes to the appointment but they managed to “squeeze” me in. I waited well over an hour for both visits. When I came to get my stitches out during one of those “lost” appointments one of the receptionists whispered to me, “can’t you just take them out yourself?” I would highly recommend finding a different dermatologist.

I found Dr Fausto Sicard to be extremely knowledgeable and very caring. He answers all questions and takes what ever time is needed to treat your problems.

Very patient respectful listens to you and once to help this patient I will go to him for the rest of my life

I have been seeing Dr. Sicard for over a decade and the quality of service has been excellent. Cancers have been prevalent in my family for generations. “Trust” is the best way to describe my feelings to Dr. Sicard. I continue to be impressed with the care I receive at his office. Hope he practices forever.

Very knowledgeable and experienced. Certainly don't want someone cutting on your face that you don't have confidence in. Also extremely personable.

I saw Doctor Sicard for some skin lesions that I wanted to check. He took time with me . He was compassionate and thorough. I recommend him..

Please do not pay attention to any of the bad reviews. I saw Dr. Fausto Sicard yesterday. From my arranging the appointment all the way through to seeing Dr. Sicard, everything and everyone was nice, very pleasant, and professional.

The doctor himself is a good guy and knows what he is doing. If the only interaction I had to have was with the doctor, then I would be returning. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is unprofessional and borderline rude. The women that work that desk need some serious customer service training. They don't seem to care about the patients or the fact that everyone can hear their gossipy conversations. I hope someone steps in and puts things in order with the front desk staff.
