I had the apportunity to meet Dr Alfarra, my new internist, that he was recommended by my friend, he is a great physician, listen to my problems and answer all my question, he gives time for his patients, I admires his bedside matter, and his medical knowledge...highly recommended.

Publix advised me Dr Alfarra’s office denied script renewal. I called to ask why? Office said because you haven’t seen doc in six months. I said appointment cancelled by office due to COVID. At office direction, I arranged for new bloodwork and was asked to arrange appointment AFTER report. Office personnel got nasty. When I asked her name, she hung up!! There is NO WAY to communicate directly with the doctor!! No email, no text, no calls, no patient portal...

Dr Alfarra is my new physician, from my few visits to his office, I can tell he is someone special, although my medical condition is complex, I can tell that he is interested to help. I like his bedside manner, his honest opinion , his medical judgment and his staff is great and very helpful. I like to come to his office, very comfortable talking to him. he is really special...
